3.1 General Requirements
To ensure a secure and legally compliant environment for all users, you must meet the following eligibility criteria before accessing or using Imagine Education’s services:
Imagine Education’s platform and services—even with parental or guardian supervision.
By purchasing a course, or otherwise using Imagine Education’s service, you confirm that you meet the requirements set forth in this User Eligibility section and will comply with these Terms at all times. Violations of these Terms may result in the suspension or termination of your account and the forfeiture of any rights to use Imagine Education’s services.
Account Registration and Maintenance
4.1 Third-Party Platform Accounts
I. No Direct Account with Imagine Education
i. Imagine Education does not host its own user account system or platform. To access our courses, content, or services, you may be required to create an account with a third-party platform authorized by Imagine Education (e.g., an online course marketplace, video conferencing tool, or learning management system).
II. Adherence to Third-Party Terms
i. By creating an account on any third-party platform hosting Imagine Education’s offerings, you agree to comply with that platform’s own terms of service, privacy policies, and any additional rules they may enforce.
Because your access to Imagine Education’s resources occurs on a third-party platform, you bear sole responsibility for activities carried out under that platform’s account:
By creating and maintaining an account on a third-party platform to access Imagine Education’s resources, you acknowledge and agree to comply with both the platform’s policies and these Terms. Failure to adhere to the account-related guidelines set out by either Imagine Education or the third-party platform may result in loss of access to our courses and services. If you have questions or need assistance, please contact the respective platform’s support team first and notify Imagine Education if the issue affects your participation in our offerings.
Payment and Subscription Policies
By engaging with Imagine Education’s fee-based services or subscriptions, you agree to the provisions in this Payment and Subscription Policies section. For questions or clarifications regarding fees, billing, or payment methods, please contact Imagine Education or refer to the relevant third-party platform’s customer support resources.
Refund and Cancellation Policies
6.1 Refund Requests
I. No-Refund Policy
i. Imagine Education maintains a strict no-refund policy on all purchases and fees. Once payment has been made for a course, subscription, or other service, the fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
ii. This policy also applies to partially completed courses, unused subscription periods, and digital materials (e.g., e-books, downloads) regardless of the amount of usage.
II. Non-Refundable Services
i. All Imagine Education services, including but not limited to completed courses, downloaded or accessed content, and consulting services, are non-refundable.
ii. The purchase of any downloadable or digital materials through Imagine Education or its third-party partners is considered final once the transaction is processed.
III. Refund Eligibility Timelines
i. As a general rule, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to user dissatisfaction, scheduling conflicts, or changes in personal circumstances.
ii. If local consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction stipulate mandatory refund or cancellation periods, those specific legal requirements supersede our general no-refund policy. However, users must meet all stated timelines and conditions to be considered for any statutory remedy.
IV. Exemptions Due to Legal Requirements
i. In regions where consumer protection laws impose certain minimum requirements for refunds (e.g., “cooling-off” periods), Imagine Education will comply with those local regulations.
ii. Proof of eligibility under such laws (e.g., purchase date, reason for the request) may be required, and refunds will only be issued in compliance with the relevant statute.
6.2 Cancellation Requests
I. Subscription Cancellations
i. Users may cancel their subscriptions by following the instructions provided on the appropriate third-party platform (or directly contacting Imagine Education if applicable).
ii. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the start of the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the subsequent term. Late cancellation requests may not prevent the next scheduled charge.
II. Effect of Cancellation
i. Upon successful cancellation, you will retain access to the subscribed services until the end of the current billing period. No pro-rated refunds or credits will be offered for the remaining days in that billing period or for partially completed courses.
ii. If you decide to cancel mid-course, you forfeit continued access to any remaining course content once the billing period ends, and no refunds will be issued for unused content or services.
III. Non-Refundable Upon Cancellation
i. Because Imagine Education has a no-refund policy, cancellations do not entitle you to any form of monetary reimbursement, credit, or exchange of services.
ii. This applies whether the cancellation occurs immediately after purchase or partway through a course or subscription term.
IV. Confirmation of Cancellation
i. You are responsible for ensuring that your cancellation request has been properly submitted and received. If you do not receive a confirmation email or cancellation notice, please reach out to our customer support team or the relevant third-party platform to verify that the cancellation was processed correctly.
V. Reinstatement After Cancellation
i. If you wish to re-subscribe or re-enroll in the future, standard purchase and subscription fees will apply at then-current rates. Any previous offers or promotional pricing you had before cancellation may no longer be valid.
By engaging with Imagine Education’s services, purchasing a course, or subscribing to recurring offerings, you acknowledge and agree to abide by our Refund and Cancellation Policies, including our no-refund policy. If you have any questions regarding these policies or your eligibility under local consumer protection laws, please contact Imagine Education’s support team or refer to the relevant third-party platform’s guidelines.
